Lawn & Ornamental Health

Our exclusive "No Excuses" program ensures your Lawn & Ornamentals receive the necessary treatments to always look their best. This 7 step program includes fertilization, weed, disease, & insect control.

  • Aeration:  Aerating your lawn alleviates soil compaction by removing small plugs of soil, which allows oxygen, water, and nutrients to penetrate deeper into the root zone. This process promotes stronger, deeper root growth, reduces thatch buildup, improves drainage, and results in a thicker, healthier, and more drought-resistant turf. Lawn aeration involves perforating soil with 2–3 inch deep holes—ideally using a core aerator—to reduce compaction, allowing air, water, and nutrients to reach roots for a healthier, thicker lawn. Aerate in early fall for cool-season grasses or late spring for warm-season grasses when the soil is moist

  • Overseeding: Strengthens, thickens, and revitalizes a thin or weak lawn by spreading new grass seed over existing turf, typically in the fall for cool-season grasses or late spring for warm-season grasses. Essential steps include mowing low (scalping), aerating, removing thatch, spreading seed with a spreader, and keeping the soil consistently moist for 2–3 weeks.
